By utilizing the PaySafe Pro application (Mobile and Desktop versions), you fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the software.

1. License and Multiplatform Scope

KronoSoftwares grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for personal or business use of PaySafe Pro. The shared code via Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and the user interface via Compose Multiplatform guarantee identical calculation logic across Android and Desktop environments, but execution is bound to the purchased license parameters.

2. Cloud Synchronization and Data Custody

PaySafe Pro operates under an Offline-First model integrated with a private synchronization mechanism via Google Drive Cloud Sync.

The user is solely responsible for the security, maintenance, and access credentials of their personal Google Drive account.
KronoSoftwares has zero access to data stored within the application's private cloud folder and shall not be held liable for sync failures caused by Google service interruptions or local network conflicts.

            3. Financial and Technical Disclaimer: PaySafe Pro is a technical management tool featuring automated budgeting helper tools (such as recurrent entry generation and predictive calendar occurrences). KronoSoftwares does not act as a financial institution, certified accounting firm, or investment advisor.
        

The software is provided "as is". KronoSoftwares disclaims all liability for eventual errors in Onyx PDF report projections, data loss due to hardware corruption, or financial decisions made based on data managed inside the app.

4. Software and Term Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the software architecture and update these terms at any time to reflect technical enhancements and new features within the shared codebase.
