KronoSoftwares values your privacy and the absolute sovereignty of your financial data. This Privacy Policy explains how the PaySafe Pro application (Mobile and Desktop versions) handles your information.

1. Data Collection and Processing

PaySafe Pro is a personal and business financial assistant designed under an Offline-First architecture. To manage your budget, the application processes:

Financial Data: Income, expenses, budget limits, transactions, and analytical reports are entered directly by you and stored locally inside the application's secure database on your device.
Google Drive Cloud Sync: The application utilizes your personal Google Drive account (storing data within an isolated, dedicated app-data folder) to perform secure backup and synchronization between your Android and Desktop devices.

            Important: KronoSoftwares does not own or operate centralized servers for this application. We do not collect, view, monitor, sell, or have any form of access to your financial history, balances, or backup files. Your data belongs exclusively to you.
        

2. Required Permissions

Internet/Network Access: Used strictly to communicate with the Google Drive API for backup synchronization and to validate the Pro license.
Storage Access: Required to save local operational data, read synchronization files, and export the Onyx PDF financial reports.

3. Data Security

Because the primary storage is local and the backup relies on your personal Google Drive security infrastructure, data protection depends entirely on the integrity of your host operating system and your Google account security. We recommend keeping your systems updated and malware-free.
