Last updated: May 20, 2026 | Application: Krono System
By installing and using the Krono system, your enterprise fully accepts these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not utilize the software.
1. Corporate Licensing
Krono is licensed for commercial use by micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises under an on-device/local software licensing model. The right to use the software is strictly conditioned upon compliance with the technical limits of the application and the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Legal and Fiscal Scope Limits
The Krono system provides automated modules for inventory control (WMS), operational cash flow, and client management.
It is the sole responsibility of the licensed enterprise to ensure that all generated data, reports, and administrative tasks fully comply with the fiscal, tax (such as NIF, CNPJ, EIN, or VAT/IVA 23%), and labor regulations of the country of operation.
3. Self-Hosted Infrastructure & Cloud Disclaimer
Once deployed in the user's local environment, private cloud accounts, or third-party VPS hosting environments (such as KronoGate implementations):
- The user assumes full liability for security configurations, data encryption (SSL/TLS), and access tokens.
- KronoSoftwares shall not be held liable for any loss of business revenue, data breaches, corporate leaks, or data loss caused by local hardware failure or inadequate security maintenance of the user's infrastructure.
4. System Updates
KronoSoftwares reserves the right to deploy security patches and architectural optimizations for the KMP and Jetpack Compose codebase. Applying these updates to maintain system stability and sync integrity is the responsibility of the system administrator.
